Chapter services are led by the Directors of Chapter Services who work with a team of staff members to provide consulting services to all of Pi Kappa Alpha’s chapters. The goal of the services department is to effectively promote and encourage undergraduate members to advance toward being an Excellence Chapter.
There are two directors of chapter services responsible for all of Pi Kappa Alpha’s chapters. Their responsibilities are divided between east and west region chapters for which they serve as the primary liaison for the undergraduate chapters and school personnel in their respective region.
